Spiritual Awareness: Keep Your Shift Clean

“If you let people break your spirit and detour you from your path, then you have not been true to yourself or those you're here to touch, those who believe in you.” 

When you are working with your Life’s Purpose, it is very important to remember that you are a Vessel of The Spirit. For that energy to work effectively through you, it’s very important to take very good care of your spirit, keep a clear mind, keep your emotions in balance and take good care of your physical body. This is all accomplished when you stay connected to Source (Creative) Energy.

People can have a significant effect on your psyche. As your spirit becomes more attuned, you will find it challenging to be around those who are unaware life is truly a spiritual course. The more sensitive you are, the more you will feel their spirit actually draining yours. This can happen over a period of time or even instantly.

Spiritual teachers will encourage you to keep your vibration clear and to keep it high. Spiritual practices such as prayer and meditation are excellent tools to balance the energy inside of us with the spiritual energy outside. Being aware of people and situations that can create disharmony to the spirit is also useful to protecting it.

Observance and a strong focused intuition will help one to identify who and what needs to be avoided. But when we cannot get away from discordant situations it’s good to consider ways to shield ourselves from energy that could affect our work, or disturb any healing modalities with which we are working. Overall these ways to protect ourselves can greatly enhance everyday life.

We are connected to energy and one of the best ways to shield ourselves is to KNOW that we are always surrounded by that powerful force of Love. Affirmations also strengthen that energy as we fix specific thoughts in our minds or verbally repeat them out loud for energetic protection.

You may even find comfort knowing different types of natural crystals can positively affect your auric field. It’s also important to learn to create a still, peaceful and serene inner core. This will help when we are faced with anything that disturbs the divine flow of energy. It’s also a good idea to learn how to take an observational stance about jarring situations, versus becoming absorbed and pulled into situations.

Learning ways to protect and preserve our soul is a part of our spiritual health routine. Forming spiritually healthy relationships with others, using our inherent spiritual tools effectively, grounding ourselves in nature, strengthening our hearts and our minds are powerful ways to enhance the safety of our souls.

As we learn to walk in fully In-Spirit we will feel stronger and more secure in who we really are. We will be able to receive what we need to learn, grow and walk our path with confidence. We will be able to help and eventually heal others. 

But most importantly we will also be more capable of being good stewards and fulfilling our task of contributing to raising the Collective Consciousness.
